Overview:
This is a fork of AstikorCarts [Horse Carts] focused on various config additions for cart tilling.
AstikorCarts is licensed under MIT License, which allows modification and distribution of the original software.

Features:
Added Configs:
-Config to define custom hoe or shovel plow cart conversions.
-Config to define blocks as groundcover that should be destroyed when plowed.
-Config to allow a chosen item to act as a plow, and define that item's plow conversions as well.

-Allow a more generic grouping of items for custom plow tools and conversions
