Massive overhaul to the enchantment chamber


Pickaxes hatchets and shovels can now be enchanted
All minecraft vanilla enchants can now go up to their max level +5 unless the effect is unique such as silk touch or mending.
Fixed a bug that caused enchanted equipment to overwrite each other only allowing 1 item to be enchanted per player.
