Added in Rainbow Tree with full set of wood items and blocks, the sapling is crafted with one of each vanilla sapling excluding mangrove, 1 lime sapling and 1 diamond or rainbow sapling.

Added Rainbow Apple that gives resistance 2.

Added a custom creative Item group for all mod items.

Fixed the flight medallion to have the rite description.
