- Fixed Scaling Health Compat not working
- Fixed Ugly Gilded bricks stair texture


PMMO related:
- Partially fixed touch-spells magic experience issue. 

- Changed flat damage buff into a perk. [IMPORTANT]

- Changed old config damage buff into percentage.



Next on the line will probably be Origins support and maybe finishing up Hexerei stuff.
