2.1.0: "Dipped Discs" Update

Music Discs can now use potion effects!

A brief overview while I work on documentation:

• Interact with an Ars Nouveau Potion Jar, while holding a Music Disc in your main hand, to add potion effects to a Music Disc.
• Interacting with a Potion Jar while sneaking will return the potion to the jar.
• If a disc has potion uses available, the potion effects will override the configured song effects.
• When the disc runs out of potion effects, the configured song effects are used.
• Beneficial and neutral effects are applied to players. Harmful effects are applied to monsters.
• When a potion effect is applied, 1 potion use is consumed, no matter how many players or monsters are affected. This effectively turns all potions into splash potions.
• Each disc can store 40 potion uses.
• Focus effects continue to apply, with or without potion uses.
