Ars Arcane Matrix

This update introduces the Arcane Mine, an inverted Beacon-style multiblock that consumes Source and magical materials to produce ores. Larger structures unlock more valuable minerals, including compatible ores from other mods.

Optional JEI and Jade integration has also been added. JEI displays ore outputs, material requirements, Source costs, and required structure layers, while Jade shows live Matrix and Mine status, Source storage, material buffers, cooldowns, and container connections.
