### Added:
- Modifiers integration for level rewards `(0 ≤ level ≤ 300)`
- Gamerule `levelModifiersEnabled` for enabling or disabling the modifiers globally
- Admin command `/arqueo admin level <set/get> <player>` to set or check a player's level
- Command `/arqueo modifiers info` to see the player's level info and modifiers
- Admin command `/arqueo modifiers info <player>` to see level info of other players
- Command `/arqueo modifiers toggle` to toggle the player's modifiers
