ARprod's Delight 4.2.0: Refreshing Refurbish

This is a small one, but fixes some important stuff.

Additions

  • Refreshing Mob Effect
    • Removes negative effects periodically and grants saturation for each effect removed
  • Banana Milkshake
    • Grants Refreshing
  • Sweet Berries Ice Cream

Fixes and Changes

  • Fixed Caffeine not being reset on sleeping causing Coffee to be unusable after reaching the limit
  • Fixed crash with Coffee Addict advancement caused by 4.1 advancement location changes
  • Lactose intolerance is now removed upon waking up
  • Chewing gum now grants Refreshing
  • Removed Apple Crate in favour of Crate Delight
