-Lowered the overhall damage of Ultimate Ignition it was doing more damage than intended
-Flame jets from Ultimate Ignition now only spawn in one ring outside Flame Strikes, this was done so that flame jets damage wouldn't get nulified due to minecrafts invulnerability after taking damage while a target mob is already being damaged by Flame Strikes
