-Added revamped tooltips for Void Knight armor set and Ember of Roses armor set
-lowered the charge bar capacity for the unbounded energy ability on the Void Knight set and its subsequent thresholds required for enhancing all three abilities on the set, long story short, its easier to fill up the charge bar now and enhance all three abilities
