Updated to 1.12.2.
Item registry now handled by a RegistryHandler using @SubscribeEvents.
All Items (directly or indirectly) now implement IHasModel, to allow them to be registered in a loop.
Moved crafting to .json files
Added advancements to unlock recipes when picking up an ingot.
Moved items to vanilla creative tabs and removed tabs. This puts them in sensible categories in the recipe book. Otherwise, all recipes end up in the "misc" tab.
ArmorMaterial repair items are now set in ModItems, to match ToolMaterial
