[FORGE/FABRIC] Armor Curve

Deleting your config before updating would yield best results.

Added a debug mode so people can see real time what's happening with their armor.

Implemented armor degradation, but it's more configurable! You can control how much degradation of each piece weighs into the formula, when pieces start degrading, or if they degrade at all. Unfortunately, due to Minecraft being what it is, the display values aren't updated to match, but it does hurt more when your helmet is nearly broken now. Big thanks to Shirhix for bringing this up.
