REGEN YOUR CONFIG!!!
Fixes:
- Reorganized the config completely, separating everything in defined groups
- Fixed Accelerate Scroll's logic, creating a new player attribute
- This fixes players getting the scroll's effect removed on relog
- Added a config to tweak Terranean Axe's mana cost, resistance amplifier, and effect timers, allowing for more balance/customization
