Added Slagger
 - Essentially a full-auto shotgun at the moment.

Added BlockBreaking, BlastBreaking, and DropBroken optional NBT tags.

Added Flares.
There are Blue, Cyan, Orange, Green, Yellow, Red, Purple, and White, and they come in normal and bright variations.
