What's new

  • Added an Accessory Enchantment Perk system to replace the charge mechanism(means you dont need change config\arcane_mag\spell_charge_mechanisms), along with additional effect perks.
  • Fixed an issue preventing Recast-type spells from casting correctly. Implemented defensive optimizations.
  • Aligned summoning spells with the vanilla implementation.

Note: Data pack/tag-based mechanism files have been removed — this change may invalidate existing data pack configurations.
