A new connection with the Ethereal Grimoire has been established.
The Synod reports the successful stabilization of a new class of atmospheric structures.

A new meteorological construct has entered the Grimoire. Rather than creating storms or dispersing clouds directly, the spell alters the probabilities governing atmospheric evolution, allowing the sky to converge toward a desired state.
