Spells

  • Added "Silent Assassin": A sniper spell for those who should never let anyone stand behind them.
  • Added "Tiro Volley": A musket barrage spell for when you are no longer afraid.
  • Added "Magic Spear": A spell for dancing with angels.
  • Added "Frost Rune": A trap spell that somehow did not already exist.

Items

  • Added "Archivist's Grimoire": A spellbook with large-chest-level capacity.
  • Added the "Chromatic Magia Dress" series: Endgame armor designed to support every spell school.
  • Added "Twin Bladed Channeling Staff": Drive the blades in and channel your magic through them.
  • Added "Mana Force Blade": A mana-infused blade, aiming for the major leagues.
  • Added "Focus Staffbow": A staff that charges spells as if drawing a bow.
  • Added "Circuit Heat Staff": A staff idea that came from developing the Elemental Bow.
  • Added "Amulet of Spell Autocast": For players who never want their buffs to run out.
  • Added "Charm of Mana Shield": If health can be converted into mana, then the reverse should be possible too.

Changes / Tweaks

  • Changed "Apprentice Desk" restrictions from crafting restrictions to usage restrictions.
  • Made "Spell Dispenser" obtainable in survival.
  • Buffed "Treasure Divination".
  • Added supported enchantments for Elemental Bow.
  • Removed some spells from receiving Malum's Magic Proficiency bonus.
  • Adjusted Errand Mage trades.
  • Slightly adjusted the Errand Mage house.
  • Reverted "Quick Arms" to its behavior from older versions.
  • Added support for imbuing Spellgun with Recast-type spells. (Except for iron tier.)
  • Added compatibility so Auto Magnet is affected by Botania's Solegnolia when Botania is installed. (1.20.1 only)
  • Added Harvest Moon and Earth Forge to the list of spells supported by Craftsman's Delight.
  • Added a feature where blocks chopped by Tiny Lumberjack are collected into one place while Craftsman's Delight is equipped.
  • Adjusted Tiny Lumberjack and reworked its offensive use into a very close-range option.
  • Adjusted World Flatter and reworked its offensive use into a mid-range defense-piercing option.
  • Added support for imbuing spells into some items through the Spellcaster Workbench.
  • Added redstone comparator output support for Arcanum in a Jar, Atelier Station, and Spell Dispenser.
  • Adjusted Companion Trunk so it can climb small height differences more easily.
  • Updated Earth Forge so it can fill in water and grass. (Lava is not supported.)
  • Removed the workaround that fixed the issue where the Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks guidebook could not be crafted. (1.20.1 only)
  • Redesigned Photon Siphon so spells can now be imbued into it freely.
    • Existing Photon Siphons can be repaired by placing them into the Spellcaster Workbench.
  • Relaxed potion restrictions for flasks.
    • If you try to use a potion that does not match the intended flask type, a warning will be shown. You can still use it, but the potion cost will be increased.
  • Added some accessibility subtitle text.
  • Added more tooltip and JEI explanations for blocks, items, and spells that did not have enough explanation.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where Malum's Runewood and Soulwood could not be targeted by Tiny Lumberjack. (1.21.1 only)
  • Fixed a bug where Graced Rain could easily become embedded in ceilings.
  • Fixed a bug where the mana orb from Crystal Bladed Staff could become too bright at very close range.
