Compared with 1.0.7-forge:

• Fixed reusable-catalyst accounting across nested AELIS batch planning. A catalyst that is already reserved within the batch is no longer reported as missing; an absent catalyst is not counted as a returned item.
• Expanded recognition of stable self-returning damageable inputs, including ProjectE-style charge items. Inputs with Unbreaking remain excluded from this classification.
• Kept supported deterministic-durability tool recipes inside the aggregated AELIS graph, with batched tool allocation instead of forcing their consumable ingredients through per-item native planning.
• Avoided passing a null plan to third-party confirmation-menu listeners, addressing the AE2 Crafting Time 1.2.5 interaction that could prevent a calculation from starting.
• Added native-planner fallback for eligible failed requests up to Integer.MAX_VALUE, target-node checks, and automatic closure after 100 server ticks when a confirmation menu has no planning job or result. Active calculations are not subject to this timeout.
• Adjusted native AE2 and AdvancedAE CPU Mixin priorities from 1100 to 900 to accommodate CPU observers. Full modpack compatibility still requires runtime validation.
• Added English and Chinese messages for unavailable targets and calculations that never started.

Public Java API signatures and network protocol 1.0.6-forge-1 remain unchanged from 1.0.7-forge. The cyclic dispatch crash fix was already included in 1.0.7-forge.

• 修复 AELIS 嵌套批量规划中的可复用催化剂记账：已在同一批次中预留的催化剂不再被重复报为缺料，缺失的催化剂也不会被误计为配方返还物。
• 扩展对稳定自返还耐久物品的识别，包括 ProjectE 一类以耐久值记录充能的物品；带“耐久”附魔的输入仍不归入此类。
• 让受支持的确定性耐久工具配方保留在 AELIS 聚合图中，批量分配工具，避免其消耗材料被迫转入原生逐次规划。
• 清空合成计划时不再向第三方确认菜单监听器传入空计划，处理 AE2 Crafting Time 1.2.5 联用时可能导致计算无法启动的问题。
• 对符合条件且不超过 Integer.MAX_VALUE 的失败请求尝试原生规划器回退；增加目标节点检查；确认界面没有计算任务或结果持续 100 个服务端 tick 时自动退出。正在运行的计算不受该超时限制。
• 将原生 AE2 和 AdvancedAE CPU Mixin 优先级从 1100 调整为 900，以适配 CPU 观察逻辑。完整整合包兼容性仍需实机验证。
• 增加目标不可用及计算未能启动的中英文提示。

公共 Java API 签名及网络协议 1.0.6-forge-1 与 1.0.7-forge 保持一致。循环派发崩溃修复已包含在 1.0.7-forge，不属于本次新增内容。
