• Ported the 1.21.1 update to Forge 1.20.1, fixing a server crash when native AE2 or AdvancedAE quantum CPUs dispatch a cyclic crafting step with no protected inputs.
• A single provider push for a step without protected inputs now counts as one craft. Steps with protected inputs retain strict batch counting.
• Preserved cycle runtime rollback when a provider rejects a push or throws an exception.
• Public Java APIs and Forge SimpleChannel protocol 1.0.6-forge-1 are unchanged. Custom CPUs must still determine their own actual dispatch count for steps without protected inputs.
• Updated the English and Chinese README and API integration guides.
