Maintenance release with AELIS planning fixes and improved CPU-list compatibility. Requires Minecraft 1.21.1, Java 21, NeoForge 21.1.220+ and AE2 19.2.17+.

| AELIS API result labels | Successful plans created through the public planner API now retain their AELIS source label instead of being overwritten as native AE2. This also covers integrations that call the API while automatic global AELIS is disabled. |
| Cyclic startup seeds | Fixed false missing-material results when the requested output is also a cycle's startup seed, such as smithing-template duplication. Only the solver-proven seed amount becomes available to the cycle; existing seed stock does not reduce the requested new output. |
| Planning rollback | Failed nested planning branches and unsuccessful API attempts restore borrowed seed inventory and extraction accounting. Ordinary recipes retain AE2's existing treatment of requested-output stock. |
| CPU-list compatibility | Fixed NeoEcoAE overwriting the infinite-parallelism marker as 2G. Supported infinite CPUs display 9.2E after final formatting; finite CPU counts keep their normal formatting. This is a display fix, not a change to actual parallel capacity. |
| API compatibility | Public API signatures are unchanged. Existing integrations can use the 1.0.6 fixes without changing their API calls. |
