WEAPONS: 

Scythe: 
Scythe tiers range from wood to netherite, they have slower attack speed than an axe but higher damage. 
They are crafted with the following recipe:

Where S represents a stick and X represents the scythe material. The netherite scythe is crafted with a diamond scythe, a netherite ingot and a netherite upgrade in a smithing table. 
Scythes have the same enchantments as a sword as well as 2 new enchantments; Culling makes the scythe do bonus damage against targets that are under 50% hp and Vampiric makes you heal 1 hp (half a heart) when hitting an enemy. 

Dagger: 
Dagger tiers range from wood to netherite, they have less damage than a sword but a faster attack speed. 
They are crafted wth the following recipe:

Where S represents a stick and X represents the dagger material. The netherite dagger is crafted with a diamond dagger, a netherite ingot and a netherite upgrade in a smithing table. 
They have the same enchantments as a sword with 2 additional enchantments; Poison Touch which with a 1/3 chance inflicts the poison effect for 3 seconds on targets and Frostbite which with a 1/3 chance inflicts freezing on the target. 

Gauntlet: 
Gauntlet tiers range from iron to netherite, they have the same attack speed as an axe with less damage. They also launch targets into the air causing them to take fall damage. 
They are crafted with the following recipe:

Where X represents the gauntlet material and L represents leather. The netherite gauntlet is crafted with a diamond gauntlet, a netherite ingot and a netherite upgrade in a smithing table. 
The supported enchantments are Unbreaking, Mending and a new enchantment called Explosive Fist which causes a small explosion to generate at the target when they are flung into the air. 

Hammer: 
Hammer tiers range from wood to netherite, they have the same attack damage and speed as axes. When using the axe you have a 1/5 chance to stun the target for 2 seconds which will be indicated by a "bonk" sound effect. 
They are crafted with the following recipe:

Where S represents a stick and X represents the hammer material. The netherite hammer is crafted with a diamond hammer, a netherite ingot and a netherite upgrade in a smithing table. 
They support all pickaxe enchantments as this weapon doubles as a pickaxe, as well as two new enchantments; Heavy Slam increases the odds of stunning the target from 1/5 to 1/3 and Charge Strike will summon lightning when stunning an enemy. 

Katana: 
The katana tiers range from wood to netherite, the damage and attack speed are greater than the dagger but less than the sword. It also does bonus critical hit damage. 
The recipe is:

Where S is a stick and X is the katana material. 
It supports all sword enchantments and has a new enchantment called Momentum which grants the player a 3 second speed boost after landing a critical hit. 

Blowgun: 
The blowgun is a ranged weapon that can fire a variety of different darts. 
The recipe is:

Where S is a stick and B is bamboo. 
4 darts can be crafted with the following recipe:

[F      ]
Where S is a stick and F is a feather. 
Special darts can be crafted by surrounding a specific item with normal darts. 
The dart types and the corresponding items are: 
- Poison, crafted with spider eye, poisons the hit enemy. 
- Flame, crafted with gunpowder, sets the hit enemy on fire. 
- Glow, crafted with glow ink sac, makes the hit enemy glow. 
- Ink, crafted with ink sac, blinds the hit enemy. 
- Rotting, crafted with rotten flesh, applies hunger to the hit enemy. 
The blowgun supports Mending and Unbreaking as well as a new enchantment called Recovery which grants a 1/3 chance to not consume a dart when firing. 

Echo Longsword: 
The Echo Longsword is a weapon that supports all sword enchantments, has 10 attack damage and the same durability as netherite. When right-clicked it fires a sonic boom attack dealing 10 damage to targets. 
It is crafted with the following recipe:

Where E is an echo shard and S is a stick.

UTILITY ITEMS: 

War Horns: 
War horns come in three variants, amethyst, copper and emerald. 
They are crafted with the following recipe:

Where X represents either amethyst, copper or emerald and H represents a goat horn. 
You can also craft emblems with the following recipe: 
[         ]
[X  C   ]
[         ]
Where X represents either amethyst, copper or emerald and C represents cobblestone. 
The horn can be right-clicked to grant 2 and a 1/2 minutes of strength and speed to all players in a large radius with the corresponding emblem in their inventory. The horn then goes on cooldown for 5 minutes. 

Amethyst Shield: 
This item acts like a normal shield but grants resistance when held. 
The recipe is:

Where A is amethyst and S is a shield. 

Totem of Life Giving: 
This totem grants 2 extra hearts when held. 
The recipe is:

[E  T  E]
[   G   ]
Where G is gold, E is emerald and T is a totem of undying. 

Smoke Grenade: 
This item can be thrown to create a large smoke cloud. 
4 of the item can be crafted with the following recipe:

[P      ]
Where S is sugar, G is gunpowder and P is paper. 

Ender Smoke Grenade: 
A variant of smoke grenade that when right-clicked will spawn a cloud of smoke around the player and grants them true invisibility (no effect particles) for 10 seconds. 
The recipe is:

Where E is an ender pearl and S is a smoke grenade. 

Thunder Charge: 
A throwable projectile that summons lightning on hit. 
4 of the item can be crafted with the following recipe:

Where L is lapis lazuli and C is a copper ingot. 

Geo Charge: 
A throwable projectile that stuns for 2 seconds and does a lot of knockback. 
4 of the item can be crafted with the following recipe:

Where C is cobblestone and I is an iron ingot.

EXTRAS: 

Cloud Step is a new enchantment for boots that allows the player to double jump. 

Echo is a new enchantment for swords (and by extension all new weapons that support sword enchantments) that comes in 3 levels. 
When you attack, if the enchantment triggers it will causes you to perform a secondary attack after the main one to deal more damage. Each level increases the chance of the enchantment triggering and the damage of the secondary attack. 

When a fire charge is right-clicked in the air it now fires a large fireball like the one the Ghast shoots.
