Apiary Horizons Fixes 1.6

* Fixed a Farmer’s Respite issue on dedicated servers that prevented the kettle loot table from loading.

Built-in resource and localization fixes are loaded automatically.

All optional client-side and logical-server fixes are disabled by default and can be enabled individually in:
config/apiaryhorizonsfixes-client.toml
config/apiaryhorizonsfixes-common.toml
