Changed:

'Imperial Flag 1' and 'Imperial Flag 2' are now both 'Imperial Crest' in the game

Added:

• Two variations of the crest of the Kingdom of Daggerfall (TES II: Daggerfall)
• Two variations of the crest of the Kingdom of Wayrest (TES II: Daggerfall)
• The crest of the Kingdom of Sentinel (TES II: Daggerfall)
• The previous parallel strips called Árpádsáv made smaller and available to be put in all four corners
• The previous Hungarian cross and mountains made smaller and available to be put in all four corners of a banner

Planned:

Increasing the pattern limit on a banner, as all such mods I've found are either fabric or outdated, and you can't actually put that last-mentioned addition completely in all corners on a single banner (would require 8 patterns, while the limit is 6).
