Fixed CuriosAPI integration to correctly accept the Angel ring into either the "Ring" or "Curio" Slot

Made Angel Ring work in both the Inventory and the Curios slot

Redone the registration of the item as an acceptable Curio for better reliability and easier code readability

 

Side Note:

Silly me had the datapack structure wrong, I was using 'data/curios/tags/items' when it should've been 'data/curios/tags/item'.
