What's new

- Moved some Spells to tier 7, these spells are now Ancient loot and all tier below 7 are Folk loot.

- Crafting a Spell now requires Arcane Parchment

- Crafting Golden gear now requires Arcane Crystals instead of Diamonds

- Arcane Spell School is now Called Flux Spell School (name pending)
