Ancient Dragon Beta.1 for Minecraft 1.21.1

Updated to BlendLib 1.0.0-beta.2+1.21.1. Requires Fabric Loader 0.19.3+, Java 21, matching Fabric API and BlendLib on both client and server.

Preserves the sacred mountain, ancient-city gateway, dragon encounter, corpse harvesting and Sunheart Altar progression. Includes obtainable diamond/netherite spear inputs and a compatibility implementation of kinetic contact and piercing jabs for versions without native spears.

Verified: 236 automated tests, packaged client startup and model reload (1 model, 0 diagnostics), isolated server startup/save/normal stop. In-game visual and multiplayer acceptance have not been performed. Back up worlds before upgrading.
