Amaranth

This minor update fixes some critical bugs and adds some polish to a few biomes **changes:**
; feat: Shroomlands biome got an overhaul, though it's still mostly a placeholder for something cooler in the future
; feat: Sparsey Spears and Witchy Forest now have a bit more variation, including a new flower for the latter
; fix: wasn't running properly on dedicated servers
; fix: bug with accessing configs too early (hopefully)
; fix: biome config for Mushland did not work
