Pocket Realms v2 — Changelog
1.0.0+26.1.2
Full rewrite of Pocket Realms targeting Minecraft 26.1.2 / Fabric.
Realm Customization
- 42 room shapes: Square, Circle, Diamond, Octagon, Hexagon, Arena, Plus (regular + thin), Thick Cross, Star, 4 L-shapes, 4 T-shapes, 4 U-shapes, H-shape, Ring, Disc Ring, 4 Semicircles, 4 Quarter Circles, 2 Corridors, Stepped, 4 Triangles, Trapezoid, and Double Room.
- 121 wall designs, 66 floor designs, 57 ceiling designs — mix and match independently per realm.
- 5 themes: Default, Nether, End, Ocean, Nature — control corner blocks, lights, and chain style.
- Realm Theme Selector UI: tabbed picker (Walls / Floors / Ceilings / Shapes) with live previews, search filter, scrollable grid.
Tier Progression
- 4 tiers via realm keys: Coal (5x5), Iron (10x10), Gold (15x15), Diamond (20x20).
- Tier upgrade items (Iron / Gold / Diamond Upgrade) regenerate the realm at the new size while preserving theme and design.
- Sub-rooms: each tier above Coal unlocks additional rooms (Iron 2, Gold 3, Diamond 4) connected via doorway blocks.
Edit Mode
- Toggle in the Theme Selector to enable structural edits.
- With Edit Mode on: break and replace floors, ceilings, walls, and corner blocks freely.
- Structural breaks drop nothing — prevents farming wall/floor materials.
- Placement is clamped to the room shape — cannot expand beyond the original footprint or above the ceiling.
- Player-placed decoration blocks (interior cells) drop normally on break.
- With Edit Mode off: structural blocks are protected, decoration blocks still break/drop as expected.
Lights
- Toggle in the Theme Selector.
- When on, each realm gets corner lights (chain length scales with tier: Coal 0, Iron 3, Gold 4, Diamond 5).
Persistence
- Realms, sub-rooms, doorway connections, themes, designs, shape, lights, edit-mode flag, spawn markers, and player return positions all persist across server restarts via SavedData.
- Backward-compatible codec: missing fields fall back to sensible defaults.
