Draconic Update Part 2

Introducing Draconic Tools

• Added Draconic Sword, Draconic Pickaxe, Draconic Waraxe, Draconic Shovel and Draconic Hoe. These can be obtained by using a Draconic Ingot together with a Netherite tool of your choice at the smithing table.
• Stronger version of Netherite tools.
• Armor is still W.I.P. and will take a bit longer.

Tweaks and Fixes

• Slightly changed the texture of the Block of Ender Dragon Scales.
• Fixed Dragon Slayer enchantment not working as intended on swords.

For almost 1k downloads. This was something I made out of boredom and never expected it to get this big. Maybe 1k really isn't that much, but for my first mod it means a lot to me.
