[1.3.0] - internal refactor
- removed AlchemyLib dependency so we no longer need to fork it
- shrink down the final mod jar by about 3MB
- removed unused sound effects (yes, this does cause a warning upon loading into an older world)
- refactored GUI textures and removed useless whitespace
- removed the internal xml recipe system, use CraftTweaker or GroovyScript instead
- moved the config file back to the main config folder (please move your config and delete the old folder)
- updated internal dependencies to the latest versions
- improved groovy script content creation methods and added example scripts to repository
- added The One Probe compatibility for most machines
- added moderator blocks for both reactors
- added a new GUI for the Fusion / Fission reactor modifiers
- added a few missing config tooltips
- fixed the mod crashing on servers
