[1.3.0] - internal refactor

• removed AlchemyLib dependency so we no longer need to fork it
• shrink down the final mod jar by about 3MB
• removed unused sound effects (yes, this does cause a warning upon loading into an older world)
• refactored GUI textures and removed useless whitespace
• removed the internal xml recipe system, use CraftTweaker or GroovyScript instead
• moved the config file back to the main config folder (please move your config and delete the old folder)
• updated internal dependencies to the latest versions
• improved groovy script content creation methods and added example scripts to repository
• added The One Probe compatibility for most machines
• added moderator blocks for both reactors
• added a new GUI for the Fusion / Fission reactor modifiers
• added a few missing config tooltips
• fixed the mod crashing on servers
