Bugs fixed:
- Fixed tier 3 stones not having their loot tables set

New content:
Infused armor:
Boots of leaping - Jump boost 2 when crouching, 4x exhaustion when you jump with this effect
Lucky Boots - Gives the luck effect when worn
Unlucky Boots - Gives the unlucky effect when worn, necessary for lucky boots.

Infused Food:
Visibility Carrot - Gives night vision for 20 seconds, may have side effects
Productive Potato -  Gives haste 1 for 30 seconds
