FIXES/CHANGES
- Chakra Charging Faster
- Chakra Blocked mode.
  - This occurs when you enter and exit the chakra charge mode.
  - Gives you a cooldown (5s) before you can charge chakra again.
- Charging Chakra on water doesnt teleport you to the bottom of the sea.
- /ninjastart is now active when you load this mod.

ADDITIONS

  • Starting Jutsus
      - Toggleable using /startingjutsu command
      - The first time you get a learner you will get a jutsu scroll for it.
      - This will only happen once when you get your first learner, which is as soon as you join the world by default because of /ninjastart being on by default.

  • Jutsu EXP Scroll
      - Scrolls are useless once you use them the first time, hence you can now craft any scroll into Jutsu EXP Scroll.
      - Using it you must have a learner in main/off hand and read (eat) the scroll.
      - Using the Jutsu XP scroll checks the Item Used stat a player has.
      - So the more you use the scroll less effective it gets, even lategame will give some Jutsu EXP
      - First 10 Uses of the scroll grant Jutsu XP in range of 1-100 XP.
      - May luck be on your side.

  • Kekkei Genkai / Dojutsu Reroll
      - When you are granted the advancement and overall granted the Kekkei Genkai / Dojutsu, the game will immediately prompt you with the "Reroll KekeiGenkai" Screen.
      - This works with all 12 Kekkei Genkais.
      - If you click no nothing happens
      - If you click yes the current KKG will be removed and you will be granted a new KKG based on a random number roll. (This does not take into effect the learners you have in your Inventory, Its purely random).

  • KEEP NINJA XP
      - This replaces the /gamerule keepNinjaXp gamerule.
      - As long as Ninja start is on, players will respawn not losing 5% of max chakra unless keepInventory is on.
      - If /gamerule keepInventory is on players will not lose any ninjaXP on death.
      - When you respawn your chakra bar is full.
