MAJOR UPDATE.

The player now has a reputation within castles. Certain actions will lower or raise your reputation among castle occupants. If your reputation gets too low then guards will attack you on sight until you raise your reputation back up.

A guide book to the reputation system is now included in some castle chests - make sure to read it.

A bug in the last version that was preventing castles from spawning has been fixed.

Troll bridge frequency further reduced.
