Improvements to block breaking procedures used by Junkbots, reducing lag.

Dirty Spiders will now place their webs 3 blocks ahead in an attempt to trap the player and will only attempt to do so when they are hurt in combat.

Web Shooter Spiders will now fire their webs at 3 second intervals instead of 1 second, making them a bit easier to fight back against in groups.
