New monster (Obsidian Bat) added. They'll be found only in this mod's mineshafts, hanging from ceiling beams. They awaken in response to increased light, player proximity or being hit by projectiles. They attack players and tameable mobs  If left alone they will sometimes hang from ceilings and go back to sleep. Drops obsidian block upon death.

 

Reduced mineshaft generation frequency by about 25%.
