After War Mod BETA 1.0.6 - Rad Update.

- Added different levels of Radiation on different Y levels: Level 0= 0-3, Level 1= 4-15, Level 2= 16-31, Level 3= 31-50, Level 4= 51-64, Level 5= 65-74, Level 6= 75-999

- Gas Mask damage is now dependent on the Rad Level.

- Gas Mask is no longer damaged at a Y level under 50.

- CYKABLYAT Nuke now gives  Radiation effect to every player at a 175 block radius from the epicenter when the explosion occurs.

- Modified Gas Mask Visor Crafting recipe, it now uses Quartz Sticks.

- Added Gas Mask VFX and SFX when wearing it.

- Added GUI indicators for the different Radiation Levels.

- Added new item: Rad Remover. Rad Remover removes the effect of Radiation and adds 15s of Anti-Rad.

- Added new item: Alcohol. Alcohol is used for crafting Vodka.

- Added new item: Vodka. Please, don't drink the Vodka.

- Added new item: Quartz Sticks. Used for crafting the Gas Mask Visor.

- Removed the invisible effect: First Anti-Rad Fix.

- Modified the "water rad" procedure, it no longer crashes the game.

- Fixed the bug when the game crashes when drinking Milk.

- Fixed Bug when grown grass would give carrots 100% of the time.

- Buffed the likelihood of getting carrots from grown grass from 1% to 5%.

- General Optimizations were made to improve performance on lower-end devices.
