-Added 40 ticks of Slowness effect when player gets damaged (except for Radiation damage)
-Added new constant buff: haste.
-Added a new crafting recipe for Anti-Rad Leafs.
-Modified Dangerous Y Level Warning from Y=45 to Y=47.
-Modified CYKABLYAT crafting recipe.
-Increased Anti-Rad effect of Anti-Rad Gum from 15s to 45s.
-Increased Anti-Rad effect of Anti-Rad from 3m to 5m.
-Increased the likelihood of getting a disk from a creeper from 1% to 2%.
-Reduced the level of the "Poison" effect of radiation from 4 to 3.
-Reduced the loudness of the Fallout Theme by 50%.
-Reduced the likelihood of getting Anti-Rad Leafs and Saplings of Oak Leaves by 5%.
-Reduced WorldTickSpeed from 20 to 6.
-Fixed bug when Radiation sounds kept playing after player respawn.
