Afraid of the Dark

Major:
- Updated the mod to Minecraft 1.13.2
- All structure / world generation code was re-written from scratch which took forever. Noteworthy structure gen improvements include:
-> Structures generate using the official Minecraft structure system, so it is no longer a hack executed after vanilla world generation
-> Can easily locate structures via "/aotd locate <structure>"
-> World gen is faster in general
-> World gen lighting bugs are mostly fixed
-> Structures are randomly rotated when placed into the world
-> Structure weights are completely different, I tried to balance structure frequency but if you want to fine tune it yourself you can do so in the config files

Minor:
- Configs are stored in the new forge "toml" format, so if you edited any config entries you'll need to update them again
- Structure schematics were completely re-done for 1.13, so if there are any issues in structures let me know.

Bug Fixes:
- Forge 1.13.2 is not stable and buggy in general. I won't be fixing any bugs for this version and instead will update to 1.14, 1.15, and 1.16. This process should be much faster than updating 1.12 to 1.13
- Fixed a bug where the top of Enaria's head was transparent
