Additions
- Added the Aetherium Shield, a powerful defensive tool that will reflect enemy projectiles back at them!
- Added the Aetherial Plating augment, an armor augment that increases your total armor and armor toughness by 10% per level.

Changes
- Tweaked some tool forge recipe temperature values.
- Added a config list for blocks that can drop geodes when using the Tuning Cylinder.
- Added Cobbled Suevite and Suevite to the cobblestone and stone item tags respectively.
- Added the Aetherium Glass blocks to the glass and glass_blue item tags.

Fixes
- Misc. typo fixes in the codex.
- Actually fixed meteorites creating holes in the ocean. Still has some weirdness with caves, but no more holes!!!
- Named the aetherium forge edge block, so it appears correctly when using a WAILA-like mod.
