Added a SubLevel-adapted chunk loader for Aeronautics, several useful changes, and new blocks, such as a chair that outputs redstone signals based on the player's view angle.

Refactor the physics anchor:
Loading tickets are no longer armed for every member of the chain. Loading the other
sub-levels is now delegated to sable's own dependency-chain expansion. The per-tick chain
traversal is gone entirely — which is where the performance gain comes from.
