Added Aether Extractors and Aether Condensers, which do the consumption and production features of the Manipulator, respectively.
Changed some recipes.
Fixed BC support.
Made the COntainer cost less, but now it stores less as well. For this to take effect, you will need to delete the config for 'acmaxstorage' in AetherCraft.cfg
