Flying ring now must be active in order to drain aether. Right-click it to activate it. Fixed the flying ring keeping other flight mods from working. Charging Aether Batteries now takes time. Aether Manipulators can now pull from any Container that's connected to it by an number of containers, not just its immediate neighbor. Changed config file names.
