New Features
- Pattern Batch Encoding: Added a new feature to encode patterns in batches.

- Pattern Encoding with Rules And Order: Modifed the order when choosing appropriate items for pattern encoding

- Pattern Operation Directly in gui: Users can now perform pattern multiplying/dividing directly within the GUI.

- Interface Enhancements: added a configurable option where ME Interfaces and Extended Intefaces will provide extremely large amount of items/fluids/etc. Also add a feature where items/fluids/etc. in Interfaces will try to be preserved back to ME Storage first when they are being broken/wrenched.

- Encoded Pattern Output Amount Display: Amounts of encoded patterns will be displayed when in player inventories or pattern provider/accessor menus.

Extended AE Integrations
- Configurable Pattern Capacity: Users can now configure the maximum number of patterns that can be stored in Extended Pattern Provider, allowing for better resource management and customization based on user needs.
