Description
AE2 Odds & Ends is an addon for Applied Energistics 2 focused on small improvements, extra polish, and configurable quality-of-life features.
It does not aim to redesign AE2 or change its core identity. Instead, the goal is to add optional tweaks that feel at home alongside the base mod, making certain mechanics, tooltips, and items a little more convenient and informative.
Current features include:
Quantum Reserve, an enchantment for AE2 powered items that increases their maximum energy storage
Improved Interfaces, adding Fuzzy Card support to AE2 Interfaces, expanding their upgrade capacity to 5 slots, and optionally allowing fuzzy matching to include metadata
Supported Upgrades tooltips, which can show what upgrade cards are compatible with AE2 upgradeable items, parts, and blocks
- Support for both AE2 and optional NAE2 integration where applicable
Config options to enable or disable features individually, so you can keep only the changes you wantAn in-game config GUI, so settings can be adjusted without editing config files manually
This mod is designed as a collection of “small extras” for AE2, with more standalone improvements planned over time.
