Advanced Research + Minor QoL Additions

New QoL features:

-Added a void button; double-tap to remove all items in the duplicator and chest; it'll give you a warning that it will delete all items, and you have 10 seconds to tap again to remove.

-Added a set amount bar; choose 1-1000 items as needed

Fixes:
-Due to lag issues, the format was changed; catalogued items that are researched will not be saved on the JSON disk. (In other words, if you researched an item, or multiple items, it's good practice to save and quit the game so it will be permanently saved, or the server properly shuts down. If you researched items and your game crashes without proper shutdown, it will be lost, so be very mindful of that!)
