Advanced Quantum Engineering adds large-scale quantum computing features and BigInteger-based capacity handling for AE2 systems.

Improvements

• Adds server-authoritative validation for Quantum Computer capacity and reservation displays.

• Prevents negative or inconsistent capacity values from reaching the GUI.

• Improves BigInteger capacity handling and exact large-number display.

• Adds optional ACO API v3 integration while retaining a fallback when ACO is unavailable.
