- Added Manual Bunny Hopping. (Similar on how it works in source games) This will only apply if the player is strafing, so jumping without moving will still be automatic. This setting is experimental.

- Merged 1.18.X and 1.19.X in the same file. So this single file can now be used for 1.17 (untested), 1.18 and 1.19.
