Curse Maven Snippet
- Fixed more dependency cycle issues

- Fixed an issue where the forges were using their max temperatures to heat metals instead of their actual temperatures
- Fixed an issue where the forges were using the Fahrenheit to Celcius formula to convert from Kelvin to Celcius
- Changed the "room temp" used for cooling hot tool heads down to an actual temperature gotten by biome and position
- Fixed an issue where the temperature for a hot tool head was being calculated based on the damage of the item and not the durability left
- Localized all of the forge text to lang for translation
- Localized all hot tool head text to lang for translation
- Added an actual temperature value to hot tool heads for clarity
- Added an outside temperture value to hot tool heads for more clarity
- Fixed temperature gain/loss formula to be more accurate to thermodynamics from what I can tell, I'm not a mathematician
