Supported game versions

- Updated the mod to Minecraft version 1.12.2

- Added the Network Signal Bridge: Connect two distant parts of your networks without having to build network cables

- Added the Solar Generator: Generate a small amount of power for your network just by using daylight

- Added the Shulker Box Relay: Access the content of shulker boxes within the player's inventory

- New config options for Solar Power Generation and Network Signal Bridge power drain

- The default power values have been tweaked. This will only apply if you generate a new config file

- The Inventory Management Core can now accept up to 16 Energy Upgrades

- Added Chinese translation provided by user Skyinr

- Fixed a lot of different bugs
