- Fix advanced infuser bypassing enhanced variants / base variants incompatibility

- Allow base -> enhanced progression chain if base enchantments are greater than level V
 
- Fix bug in which carrying both elgible enchants for upgrades on a bow wouldnt allow either to be upgraded into their enhanced variants

- Fix bug in which if two upgrade lines use same catalyst item and bow is presented at that stage in both upgrade lines, bow couldnt be upgraded any further

- Added compat with enchantment descriptions mod
